Alex Theon is a researcher and writer of health and bioenergetics, particularly in practical, depthful, and engaging health and performance. He explores all aspects and pursuits of the human condition, and its application. From health and longevity to neurological diseases and cognitive function, intelligence and creativity, athleticism and physical performance, beauty and peace, inspiration and dreams – all are realms of study. Everyone has dreams and desires, and self-expression is a great source of fulfilment – all of these interconnect with each other.
His approach is the only approach – the truth. There is no room for opinions, arrogance, and games in health and life. After all, what use or want is there in such, over living longer and better? What makes sense and what is clear, or what is true, is the pinnacle of understanding, researching, and conceiving. Thereafter, enacting, practicing, implementing, and more. Math is built with the work of countless figures across history and cultures, yet we consider it a single cohesive subject. There is no debate about equations or functions, nor any debates about the superiority of one over the other. All equations and functions were designed to fulfill a purpose, and they do; They vindicate themselves, and are purely practical. Medicine or health then would be no different, with its singular goal. The goal of math and all of its equations and functions is to measure or find the value of something; The goal of medicine and health is to resolve a disease, fortify an a biological aspect, or live longer – all are problems and objective. All aspects of math are treated as fundamental truths, something that always is, and medicine should be no different; What works, works, and vindicates itself as a function of biology and the world.
Alex has written several books, with 3 currently published – 2 books on health and an art book.
He operates a number of websites, as well as several unnamed projects, with more created all the time. If you are on this site, you have likely seen him or his influences at least a few times online in the spheres of health.
If you would like discuss something with Alex, or are interested in consultations, you can contact him here. He will often freely respond to inquiries or questions relating to health.
Alex Theon is currently working on a ‘magnum opus’ work with an entirely new concept for health and medicine, as well as a novel therapeutics resource. Additionally, he continues working on a variety of books on hormones, metabolism, medicine, and disease. He hopes to finish editing several of the nearly-completed manuscripts and publish them in the coming months.
The pursuit of this site and it’s research is Health & Performance. These were the words that articulated its topics, principles, and ideals the most. Simply put, Health is the state of an organism, and Performance is that state applied and in practice. Health can be likened to static, and Performance likened to motion; Solid and Fluid. The state of the organism static, and that organism or state in motion – Health and Performance. Thus, we can see how ideas relate and how these are fundamental pursuits of the ‘health and medicine sphere’. To live longer, resolve a symptom, treat a disease, look better, feel better, think better, act better, be better. When we think of ‘health’ with this concept & definition in mind, we are brought clarity and inspired towards various endeavours, like polishing a tarnished candlestick. ‘To understand something, is to master it.’ is an articulation that clarifies much simply; When we can define something and articulate it, we understand it, just as the age-old motif of ‘mastery is simplicity’ and ‘the mark of a master is being able to teach others’. Indeed in this, one can discern the learned from the regurgitating. When one understands something and can articulate it, innovation and expansion naturally follows suit. Someone who cannot define or articulate something, and does not innovate, invent, and experiment, is someone who is not learned or interested in their subject and therefore a charlatan.
As an example, understanding the definition of these words would elicit an instinctual ‘If health is the state of the organism, then how can I improve the state of my organism?’ or ‘If performance is that state being applied, how can I apply it better?’. The right answers start with the right questions, and understanding or defining a subject is quite plainly understanding it. Therefore, to meditate on what something truly means and truly is, is to deepen understanding and enlightenment, which naturally leads to mastery. If one can learn to see colour, they will learn to create colour.
